Broker access requests

When you submit the broker access form, we store the details you enter (name, business email, phone number, active regions, buyer estimate) and use them for one purpose: to review your request, respond to you and — if approved — provide the broker pack and register your introductions. We do not sell these details or pass them to third parties for their own purposes.

Requests are transmitted via our hosting provider (Vercel) to our own workflow server operated on rented infrastructure in the EU (Hetzner), where they are stored. The team is notified of new requests through a messaging service; this notification can include the details you submitted. Requests that do not lead to an approved broker relationship are kept only for record-keeping of the review and are deleted on request at any time.

Visit measurement

The page records basic first-party usage events (page view, section reached, form started) together with the invitation reference contained in your personal link. No cookies are set and no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or external font services are used. The invitation reference is kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of the visit only. Servers hosting the page may log requests, including URLs and technical connection data.

Invitations and introductions

Invitation links identify the invited broker, not a buyer. Do not enter buyer identities in the form; introduction and protection terms are agreed separately in writing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details at any time via the Information Officer named above.
